PREPARING FOR CHRISTMAS

 

An older couple so glowing

Is trying to keep things going…

The budget has crashed,

They’ve run out of cash

While medical debts keep growing!

They’d like to stay on the Net,

But savings are hard to get….

Perhaps a download

Of games can bode,

Better for their time, I’d bet.

–

And they if the Net must leave,

They’ll have some tension reprieve…

A little more set

Without the Net,

To keep more of what income they receive.

–

The matter is hanging fire,

Non-payment keeps them off the wire…

Will phone and TV

Be enough–they’ll see,

When enough money they can acquire.
