A LITTLE BIRD LOOKS
The noise of a little bird flying
Against our window, spying…
To see–was it true–
No bird could get through,
The window where many were trying.
–
One bird did get in, a pigeon,
Who ruffled Security a smidgen…
Was eventually caught,
An exile fraught
With the consequence of man’s decision.
