I enjoy hard boiled eggs in a salad or on sandwich by adding pickle relish and mayo. A little mustard, too. 🙂

We do that too…’cept the wife cannot handle the vinegar in the relish. I know….could make up separate batches. By the way…I hid a compliment in one of your posts. Can you find it? Don’t worry—Holly has me pegged down good! 🙂 I’ve been labeled “a perfect gentleman”. Couldn’t misbehave even if I’d wanted to….RATS!
