“TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING…”
–
He bought himself a large coffee
That lasted until ten o’clock…
He wanted to get another
But thought it wiser to stop.
–
He switched to crushed ice and water
In the same coffee jug…
A lazy rinse-out he bartered
For one less stain on the rug.
–
With coffee as a diuretic,
Needed fluids need replacing…
With him a diabetic
Treats he needed more spacing.
–
The pundits all agree
That too much of a good thing…
Dries the pockets and puts out of reach
The good life PACKED WITH ZING!
