Date Night Dressing

Out On The Town…
It’s really nice to get dressed up and head out for some drinks and dinner.
I like to wear something that’s a bit special.

Fitted dresses and this faux wrap style is very flattering on my curvy figure.
The v-neck, frill down the front of the skirt and waist detail make for some nice touches to add interest to an otherwise simple piece.

Keeping It Interesting …
When you’ve been together a long time there’s a tendency to take each other for granted.
Since I had my breast-cancer diagnosis and treatment last year we have made certain changes in our lives and our relationship to make the best of the time we have on this planet and do all we can to enjoy our lives, including spending time where we can give each other our undivided attention, which is good for building intimacy in the relationship.
That whole experience was a bit of a wake-up call for us both.
On With the Night …
We left home quite early in the afternoon and I went for a reiki, crystal and chakra balancing session.
I’ve been engaging in these regularly throughout the year with @hraanispirit and have found them to be so helpful to me to manage my emotions, anxiety and pain.

Going Local…
We live in a very small community down here on The Sapphire Coast of New South Wales, Australia, and there are a few nice clubs to go to for a drink before dinner, which is what we did, before going to our favourite restaurant in the little beachside town of Merimbula to eat delicious seafood tapas in a vibrant environment.

All For One … And One Colour For All!!
Once again I’ve worn a single colour head to toe to give the illusion of height and slimness …lol – and I added my silver chain, retro sunnies, silver hoop earrings and a silver cuff.
Thank you for joining me in my little corner of the web! I’d love to hear your thoughts on relationships and keeping them fun and interesting, dressing monochromatically or healing in the comments below or leave a like or follow,
