I am pleased that I did a gentle boxing session with Patrick. Yes, I hit hard with my right hand, but took more breaks, and drank lots of water.

I then stopped off at Winn Dixie for 2 items, and Save a Lot for milk, and bananas. Next was Walgreens for 2 of my prescriptions. To think I used to be up there several times a week. Finally to 7 eleven to fill up with gas.

I do have to run out later, and take some more paperwork to my financial guy, but that’s my day today.
