For the Ukraine we offer prayer,

The battles going on there…..

Many know

Families in the blow

Of Russian aggressive warfare!

Pray for their troops holding fast

Against overwhelming odds cast…

‘Gainst their country

Greedily,

Trying to relive grandeurs of the past!

We’re really much afraid

That Biden’s “Neville Chamberlain’s” hand has been played…..*

No strength to be had

From sanctions that for US are bad,

We plead for the Holy Spirit’s aide!

Brave souls fight while others flee,

Children become evacuees….

Ukraine dies

While smoke filled skies

Push a peace-loving people to their knees!

We pray that God takes certain note

Of how far man’s greed he will devote….

Lord avenge

The suffering unhinged,

While freedom’s trumpet wails a dying note!
