Some observations please,

In the midst of all the sleaze…

Republicans say

“Trump…AWAY.”

Wanting to bring him to his knees.

–

Last  I heard an report,

Democratic campaigners were FOUR…

Obama, his wife,

Bill, Hillary and V.P. strive,

All on the campaign tour.

–

Other than Gov. Pence,

Trump has no supporting defence…

Mean-spirit guys

Won’t lift their eyes,

Or do anything for Trump hence!

–

Your Convention really meant naught,

In selfish cruelty caught…

You’re saying “Go to Hell,”

To the people as well,

Acting like you’re Hillary bought!

–

It’s the hissy-fit people I implore,

FOR ONCE..put your egos out the door…

He’s not from your camps

But give him a chance,

In taxes we’ll always pay more!

(An economic opinion)

–

Raising the Minimum wage?

The “Progressive’s” constant rage…

You will not progress

Because of largess,

The Liberals have you caged!

–

Do you want to do this for life?

Letting those in power knife…

Your improvement

Of yourself–that went–

You’re being kept down for their strife!

–

Why is a President proud,

Of increased violent crowds?

While he plays

Golf most days,

Partying often and loud?

–

It’s because he basks in power,

Liberal prospects tower…

Deceive you they will

And send you the bill,

And if you question–glower!

–

I really wish I could side

On the other political divide…

But conservatives too

Want goodies from you,

Watching their vowed principles slide!

–

Opportunities are out there,

Be real–stop beating the air–

Striving break free

Of given slavery,

If you won’t save yourself—who really cares?

–

Lucky to get a full-time, TAKE IT,

Work really hard to make it…

Caught at the bottom

Prospects are rotten,

Your human dignity–RETAKE IT!!!

His is emotionally

Attached to someone he sees…

Willingness per view

Is nothing new,

For years, near-automatically!

–

He doesn’t dare name names,

To much risk that doing so shames….

Him and /or her

Better, as it were,

Keep on with his excuses lame.

–

In honest reality,

He’s sweet on nearly all he sees…

That are of a mind

Both open and kind,

A give-and-take mentality.

–

Certain ones do catch his eye,

Reveal…he won’t even try…

Suffice to say

Some blow him away,

But he’d be lost without his “Di.”

(His wife’s nickname)

Mention the woman’s name “Holly”

And folks think about Christmas jolly…

Singing DECK THE HALLS

While a snow drift calls,

In a Christmas culturally “poly”.

–

She wanted to go away,

Then decided to stay…

Our Holly found

Without her around,

A lot of folks felt dismay!

–

Her writing’s a treasure trove

Fashioned in creative love…

Greeting each guest

She does the best,

And really has nothing to prove!

–

Last of all–to put up with me–

Requires  to the Nth degree…

Kindness unbounded

From a guy who’s hounded

His share toward insanity!

–

Love her romancing her–no–

But I love the rest of her so…

If I was available

She’d be assailable,

Why a guy hasn’t–I don’t know.

–

I fervently wish she can–

If she wants–to find a good man…

Whatever she needs

With my Father I plead,

That she may not leave us again.

–

Some day, of course, many will,

When blogging won’t pay bills…

Or another medium

Makes better comedians,

Then will our blog go still.

Do you want to be His disciple,

Ready for true revival…

Then get off your duff,

And do your stuff,

You are needed–in fact, VITAL.

–

All of Christ’s body receives,

Should only a few achieve…

Blessing o’er-flowing

Because of knowing

And loving their Head and chief?

–

What of the rest of you guys…

Can you even open your eyes…

In the Garden

Jesus gave pardon,

But someday you’ll be all surprised!-

Jesus told ALL how to pray,

Not just those few, by the way…

Unceasingly

Whomever you be,

Christ wants to be going your way.

–

Teachers, evangelists and prophets,

Not all identify with  those profits…

A prayer warrioe–where

In scripture is there,

That gift so certain people can adopt it?

–

It sounds like a matter of pride,

For those who seek it inside…

Or of people delaying

Their own–needed–praying,

Iigoring the Spirit inside!

–

Christ came that we are freed

From a pagan elite, indeed…

Take up your cross–

Don’t sit on it cross–

“Cause someone asked you to interceed!
