POET…AFTER (A) FASHION!

He calls himself “fashion poet”,

One or two others know it…

In pursuits

Avoiding lawsuits,

He certainly doesn’t want to blow it!

Him being man and all,

Must carefully judge his call…

With less passion

Than stereotypical fashion,

Not being the Beast at the ball.

Gender matters to him,

Especially if women…

They’re the kind

He most has in mind,

Do they mind if he tiptoes in?

WE REDHEADS STICK TOGETHER

WE REDHEADS STICK TOGETHER

We redheads stick to gether

But no literally so…

Though some of us married gingers,

 The rest of us—NO!

I didn’t want one like my mother,

Knowing I had an anger switch too…

I went for a blonde, then a brunette

Who loves me through-and-through!

I was rather a stinker

Toward redheaded guys like myself…

My passive-aggressive nature

Didn’t provide any help!

The girls I wanted to chase

But my torch couldn’t be carried…

the most attractive to me

Were the ones already married!   😦
