But one or two fans have said thus…
They’d like it printed
To read my fresh-minted,
Their E-mail accounts are bust’d.

I do it for Stacie my friend,
And Lise would me back to that trend…
I will comply
Being a nice guy,
Sweet comments they always send!

BANQUET DINNERS
It’s barely enough for a snack,
But enough for lips to smack…
The garlic in some
Will overcome,
For food, though, it’s on the right track.
–
“A good source of protein,” they say,
With starch, salt and a little milk whey…
Macaroni and cheese,
Could I have some, please
Three at once is okay!
–
But then, how can you go wrong,
A little bit of dinner for a song…
One dollar a dinner–
On sale, that’s a winner–
Eat bread if that won’t last very long.

ATM REPRISE
What’s with this need for reprise,
He has not written yet these…
Repairmen we’d say
Can scarce get away,
Before they come back on their knees.

I overheard a weak signal
Was the reason our box won’t jingle…
It won’t give cash
For employee’s bash,
It’s hard without money to mingle!
–
He’s been here nearly an hour
Trying to avoid contracts soured…
With any luck
He’ll get it unstuck,
So ATM business can flower!!!

Waking up to God’s word
We keep on a bathroom stand…
Conveniently placed for us
To learn of His commands.

The wife has bookmarks
To mark every memory….
Church bulletins, pictures
And such in the Lord’s country.
–
I keep my Bible(s) on a different shelf
They’re easier for me to page through…
Dropping one of her memories
Is then harder to do.
