A NEW REDHEAD AT WORK

A NEW REDHEAD AT WORK!

A new redheaded woman,

Is working tween going and comin’…

But I don’t dare see

If she likes poetry,

“Karen” may need careful plumbing.

I get the feeling sometimes,

It’s not safe to peddle my rhymes…

Will–under the table–

When I’m able,

When given the proper signs.

Perhaps another fan can ask,

Quietly performing the task…

She hurries out too,

But smiles when in view,

This “Diane” likes all that I pass.

Would be nice if Karen said yes,

I’ve lost Daria, I guess…

No forwarding mail

E-address entailed,

Too bad…she had no more interest!

DARIA’S LAST DAY

DARIA’S LAST DAY

All sorts of feelings betrayed,

For Daria’s final day…

She found benefits

In full-time pursuits,

But does it by going away!

Of course, having her rent to pay,

She needed a more lucritive way…

To satisfy needs

We all will agree,

We’re “glad” it’s her final day.

She says she’ll come back to visit,

And bless us with friendship exquisite…

It will be a winner

To have her for dinner

I’d jump at the chance  any minute!  🙂

LITTLE SOUNDINGS

LITTLE SOUNDINGS

While I sit here typing

Little grunts are going on…

Like a tummy in trouble,

Or a pig with booties on.

I look into the Office—

Only Eric and Daria there…

Neither one is sounding

Like the noises passing near.

I think it was a Doberman-colored

Chihuahua in the hall,

Being carried by his Master,

The kind and older “Paul”.

They’re headed for the car

For a ride, no doubt…

The best part of the deal

Is that “Bandy’s” going out.
