HE STILL DAY DREAMS!

Come away with me Sweet,

To a place with breadfruit to eat…

I’ve not tasted

It  won’t be wasted,

But you are my ultimate treat!

Giving time for hands

Exploring wonderful lands…

Soft yet salty

Heart beats vaulting,

No one watches from the stands!

Thus appreciating minds

Our growing desire reclines…

Closer growing

Inward going,

For stiffening excitement we’re taking time.

Thinking ’bout THIS for  hours,

Necessitates long cold showers…!

Cannot endure

Until exploring your

Paradise for wondrous hours!!!!!

PITY THE GUY

PITY THE GUY

He lost his pretend friend,

Their relationship had to end…

Now he is looking

At who is cooking,

Another with whom to pretend.

Another redhead–he thinks,

As at a brunette he winks…

The unattainable

His fanciful

Object to dream instincts.

The problem with fantasy lovers

Is dealing with them when uncovered…

Embarrassing times

Paying for lines

Spoken unguarded to others!

Better stay with the woman you’d got,

That, anyway, is my lot…

But tendencies to

Think things one might rue,

Warn of being put on the spot.

DREAMS OF WHAT CANNOT BE

DREAMS OF WHAT CANNOT BE

Day dreams he has a lot

About what he hasn’t got…

Abilities too,

That he cannot do

Reflecting those things he is not.

“If only” the visualization,

He’d been given better designation…

For things that he would

If only he could,

He’d be a source of inspiration!

But of course the real cost

Is beyond opportunity lost…

His identity

Would change naturally,

His current blessings thus tossed.

It is better by far

To praise God for who you are…

No need for a splice

With alternate vice,

You don’t know how bless-ed you are!

SPEAKING ABOUT….

….LINES IN THE SAND!!!

This weekend he understood

Drawing lines in the sand was good…

Beyond which to stop,

Be your own traffic cop

Choosing to do what Christ would.

Isolated for much of the week,

He looks forward to a peek….

At any specimen

Of living woman,

The view is his personal treat.

He sometimes daydreams

Concocting romantic schemes…

For women he’s seen,

It’s all just a dream

For which he has not the means!

He’s learned the hard way that

It depends on where he’s at…

In amongst church and friends

The daydreaming ends,

And that is the end of that.

Daydreaming done with little care,

Can end up a mental affaire…

Which Christ said clearly

Could not be,

Looking with lust over there!

The man is learning his lesson,

Standing his ground for  blessing…

Be a blessing not a curse

Or lose his God first

With women other than his, don’t be messing.

THOUGHTS ABOUT THE JOB

THOUGHTS ABOUT THE JOB

(Or:  Daydreaming on the Run!)

Daydreaming on where things will be,

After productivity…

Is well underway,

After-all, we must stay

Apace with Corporate strategy!

There’ll be a gym somewhere,

And showers for folks to repair…

Mighty sweat spots

And undo leg knots,

Changing clothing for fresh air.

Of course, he envisions a nude,

In typical male attitude…

And he defends her

From an offender,

Who wants to do something crude.

Our hero looks but denies,

Doing any more offered than by eyes…

He gets her towels

Before the CCTV man howls

And he gets her out of danger, in disguise.

By this time, running out of points,

The rounds-keeper has hurting joints…

His meeting  a nude

At work is greatly skewed

Against it, daydreaming rarely disappoints.

THE DEVIL’S IN DE-MALES

THE DEVIL’S IN DE MALES

(OR IN DE FE-MALES!)

The devil’s in details

Of males and females,

Wanting wilder oats when they have calmed down…

When we want cheering

Temptation’s in the clearing,

Waiting for us to act like a clown!

Doesn’t matter who you are

Righteousness won’t go far,

If we do not exercise self-control…

It may seem more fun

To be on the run,

But we cannot out run sin’s black hole.

Don’t know about you women

But we men get a grinning,

Taking harder stronger stuff to get a smile…

Day dreams and picture schemes

Take more work behind the scenes,

And we have to stop and rest for a while.

Better still find conviction

To deal with the addiction,

Enter “rehab.” to clarify the soul…

Put aside the off-colored

And eating many crullers,

Cleanse your spirit and return to being whole!

“ULTERIOR” DAY DREAMS

“ULTERIOR” DAY DREAMS

The boy continued to dream

How he through kindness redeemed…

Endangered women

Rescued with him in

To sacrifice for them with deeds.

He wished it to stay low key,

Satisfied by the filling of need…

Stepping up to sacrifice

His own self sufficed

To pay the price so they’d be freed.

Beyond normal calling he’d go,

Self pity a part of the show…

“Ultimate sacrifice”

For himself wasn’t nice,

Using others to help his tears flow.

POSSIBILITIES OF IMAGINATION

(GOOGLE)

POSSIBILITIES OF IMAGINATION

Imagine fields of flowing grain

And grasses wet with dew…

Or a pretty maiden fair

Waiting just for you.

Trains and planes and space ships wild

Await your every wish…

In dreamland one cannot always control

The elephants or fish!

While away with idle thoughts,

Whenever one may try…

Perhaps in your daydreaming

An idea will happen by!
