LIKE A MINI-VACATION!

He overslept–two-thirty–

The week was slow and dirty…

But pressure was off

And he, less gruff,

Was getting a little flirty!

His over-tensed-up life

Was rough on him and his wife…

Friday appeared

With stormy clouds cleared,

The end of week-long strife.

–

So he over-slept today,

Felt good to be okay…

Woke an hour before

He flew out the door

And heard his wife say…thank you! 🙂
