EARLY THANKSGIVING MORNING…!

 

Driving home last night,

With one am. in sight…

I’m glad the roads dried

Before my ride,

Home in a wind that had bite.

Was happy to arrive at home,

The weariness caught when I groaned…

Getting out of the car

I’d gotten that far,

What a blessing to be back home!
