A FINE VOICE

The young woman said to me,

She liked my page–definitely–

She said I should go

On radio,

Impressed her immensely.

I mentioned that I had been

On a Community Radio spin….

Eight years volunteer

But now I was here,

Paging o’er hard-working din.

–

She said she heard emphasized

In my voice realized…

Caring and wit,

An easy-listening bit,

She liked the way I vocalized!
