HE ISN’T SMILING…

Neglected P.T. for a week,

His home exercises to speak…

Huffing and puffing—

The guy wasn’t bluffing—

Neglect them long and grow weak!

He does them behind the desk

And holding the counter seems best…

He feels himself tip

But keeps a grip

On the counter and takes a short rest.

Two or three he doesn’t often do,

His wife needs help him with two…

Colored socks

And tapping a box

With the foot by the color she threw.

Weight training he’s not done,

Costs money to join a gym…

Big bills to pay

Puts the gym far away,

Despite specials, he can’t afford one!
