While driving on day-long trips,

For boredom the man equips…

Himself with games

Like what were those names,

In case concentration dips.

Among the games in his bag

Is something called “trailer truck tag”…

Alternating places

Within trucker “races”

With nobody getting the swag.

–

When entering a rest stop,

See which “brands” of trailers have stopped…

Trading lanes back and forth

Going west or north,

Or any direction you’ve popped.

–

You’re in a pretend brotherhood,

Of familiar vehicles, all good…

When they exit you say,

Have a good day,

We’ll catch you on the “flip-flop”, we should!
